K9 Capers was co-founded in 1999 by Tim White, and  the business was set up with only one objective in mind.

The Company, now The K9 Capers Group, is owned by Tim White and run from the Groups Retail Head Office in West Sussex, but as with the original K9 Capers philosophy the services and business operation still follow the same strict code of care and customer service that has always been associated with K9 Capers.

In 2002 after developing a very successful business in the West London area, K9 Capers decided to open other K9 Capers Walking, Boarding, Training, and Retail pet supply businesses and so elected to Franchise their business.

It was of paramount importance that only the very best were offered a K9 Capers Franchise and just like the early business philosophy, these people should not be held back by the cost of setting up a new venture in their own town - as it was the quality of the person that counted - and so they decided to subsidise the cost of each Franchise they opened.

All outlets are operated from a K9 Capers home and all dogs are cared for in that home environment by people who genuinely want to be with dogs.
