	A couple of months ago my mother had an accident which involved our shared dog Kimi, as he accidently pulled her over and she broke left arm and right thumb, my mum loves taking Kimi for a walk but since March this year has found it really difficult, i even thought at one point that Kimi would have to go back to the breeders, as my wife and i work 9 - 5's and she would not be able to cope, but we were informed of this service and in particular Rhian from an existing client, so we phoned Rhian and she was nothing but helpful throughout, we explained that my wife and i were going on holidays in June, no problems and she was very professional as well, we booked in dates for dog walking and we are still using this service, my mother's really happy he's getting his walk and w're happy she's happy!, thanks really to Rhian and K9 Capers service, just hoping that this service keeps going as you can see the need for this type of service, thanks for everything! 	Tia and Evie We have used Louisa's services since we moved here last July and cannot praise her and Amelia highly enough. Amelia has coped with our naughty younger dog, Evie who loves to wander on walks and also Tia, who is recovering from a knee problem and who needs to be 'coaxed' to get into Abby's van but who loves being with Amelia and her chocolate labs when she has got over her separation issues. 	Pip Pip gets so excited when you mention the names Spencer and Sam in his company. He's not been left with anyone before and we felt completely comfortable leaving him with K9 Capers in South Bristol. Spencer and Sam's professional, friendly approach really put us at ease and Pip comes home tired, well socialised and very happy. Pip takes advantage of Doggy day care regularly and we won't hesitate in booking our long awaited holiday and leaving him overnight. 	Albert Excellent service, Spencer loves animals and Albert enjoys his daily walks with his new friends. 	Hector Hector has been part of Barrys "family" since he was 4months old and both he and I could not be happier. I know that he is loved and cared for and he has a fantastic time at his "doggy day care".Barry and Lesley treat Hector as one of the family and are always there for both of us.Hector has stayed for a sleep over for four days and had a super time-the photos showed that! 	I have recently discovered that one of my dogs has a heart problem, and that she is overweight, and by losing weight, she would be putting less strain on her heart. I found myself searching through dog food bags nutritional values, trying to find out exactly what kind is suitable and how much to give her. Not being a nutritionalist, it was a bit overwhelming! I contacted K9Capers to place an order for a bag of senior food that I had settled on, not aware of the advice available through this site. I explained the situation and just asked if they might be able to advise. I was told that I can expect a call back from a nutritionalist before I buy a product that I was unsure of. I recieved a call from Tim, who went through my dogs problems, and talked with me for over an hour in what would be best for her. I am now quite confident with the product he has recommended. These people definately know what they are talking about, and the advice I recieved didn't have a price tag. I dread to think how much it would have cost me if I had taken an hour of the vets time! 	Toddie & Blue Carol has been a life-line to us, first helping out looking after/puppy sitting Toddy on days that I was working, and subsequently being an incredibly kind and reliable person to have helping out with regular dog walks for both our dogs. She has house-sat for us on a number of occasions whilst we've been away and I never feel concerned about leaving her in charge. 	Bradley, Saffy and Ratty Carol has now looked after our dogs while we were away on holiday at least 6 times. It is wonderful to have found someone so reliable we can go away and know that they are very well cared for, so well cared for that they are not very interested in seeing us on our return. 	Flint & Merlin Carol has done three long sits with us. We have 2 cats and 2 Border Collies and feel completely comfortable when we leave our animals amd house in her care. Last time we were away Carol noticed Flint shaking and acting very oddly and immediately took him to our vet who sent him to the Midhurst hospital where he was treated for poisoning. Her prompt action impressed our vet who said most people would have waited hoping for an improvement which might well have in Flints case been too late. Carol tried to contact us but our phone was down so all this was done on her own initiative. Our thanks go with our strongest recommendations for Carol. 	Ciro and Barnaby We have used Carol now for 3 years and wouldn't know what we would do without her. She walks our dogs everyday during the week, whatever the weather, and we also use her to dog sit. When we return off holiday we get the usual happy greeting but they are then content to just go back to bed as have been walked lots and been taken very good care of. 	Toby and Holly Carol has been walking my border terriers Toby and Holly for the last three years. When we go away on holiday she comes to stay and also looks after the cat and the house. I find her completely reliable and trustworthy. She is a real life saver as I don't like putting my pets into kennels and I can relax knowing they are all in such good hands. I often ring her on the day I need the dogs to be walked and she is always willing to help. 	Dougal Carol has pet sat for us in the past. Dougal loves her coming and I know that he is left in very good hands. 	Bouncer and Maggie Louisa looks after our cats while we are away, we've used the service twice now and have booked for the third and fourth times...she's great, and the service is great...highly recommended!...and its so much better for the cats who seem happier than they used to be when put into a cattery! 	Alfie We used ian to help us with Alfie's training and he was amazing, Ian is friendly knowledgable and 100% reliable we would always reccomend him. We also had fantastic help and advice from Tim regardinmg diet and car safety. Tim spent a good 40 minutes ensuring the dog gaurd he had ordered for me fitted correctly he's and absolute star. 	Tia and Evie Having just moved to the area I was looking for a service that would care for my dogs when I neede to be away and walk them if I was busy. I was very fortunate to find Louisa, my dogs bonded with her the minute they met her, something the older one does not often do. I was very happy to leave my dogs in her care overnight and for walks, Louisa even recommended a couple of vets before we moved here. 	Toby We haven't been using K9 Capers for very long but we are highly impressed with the service we receive. Our chocolate lab is walked twice a week by Louisa and going by how excited he gets when she arrives to collect him and how tired he is when he comes back, I'd say he always has a great time! We have also boarded Toby with Louisa and were totally at ease leaving him - we've used other companies for doggy boarding before and our experience wasn't great. 	Sue I had a big proplem, with my West Highland terrier. She barked at my telly every time she saw animals appear. I would move her away, she would turn around & bite me. I went to my local K9 Capers in Crawley, where i was put in touch with the local dog trainer. 	Finn When it all went wrong getting back from a family funeral, and we had lost the number for K9 Capers, we were worried about our dog Finn who was staying with them. We should have known better though. When K9 Capers tried to deliver Finn back only to find no one home, they extended his caring arrangements on the spot and continued to look after him until we finally made contact later that day. 	Basil What a Service! I only really needed K9 Capers to look after Basil for a couple of days, but when my business trip ran over, they were more than happy to help at short notice. 	Betty Betty may have the Devil in her eyes but K9 Capers certainly brought out the Angel in her. She has always been a lively dog and I was never happy that she was getting enough stimulation whilst we were at work. Those fears quickly disappeared when we started to use K9 Capers for the Day Care & Walking of Betty. She is now much more calm and relaxed by the time we get home in the evening and I would recommend anyone wanting their pet walked or looked after to use K9 Capers. 	Guinness Guinness, a Staffie Cross has been staying with K9 Capers for over a year now and loving every minute of it. 	Holly Hollys mum contacted us for the first time in August 2002 and decided to have K9 Capers take care of Holly during the day. Being a bouncing 12 month old Lab she had become immune to normal exercise so even at the end of the day, Holly was very energetic. 	Cooper Judith and I wanted to thank you both very much for the obvious hard work that you put in with Cooper when he stayed with you. He came back to us happy and healthy with a major improvement in his behaviour. He has been much more subdued and better behaved in terms of the mouthing and jumping up. I also noticed more focus with him on his walks and is coming much better when called. We have him starting some advanced classes with the Hammersmith dog club in a couple of weeks to work on these items. Had we not already arranged this, I think we would have liked to do some training through you. 	Herby Herby loves K9 Capersand no wonder she gets taken on fantastic walks every day and is cared for by his carer like one of her own dogs. For those of you who think the dog might be confused about where she lives or who her owners is - she doesn't - she just has a great time during the day playing with other dogs and a great time at night playing with me and my partner.
