K9 Capers was co-founded in 1999 by Tim White, and the business was set up with only one objective in mind.

The Company, now The K9 Capers Group, is a family Corporation run from the Groups Head Office in Surrey, but as with the original K9 Capers philosophy the services and business operation still follow the same strict code of care and customer service that has always been associated with K9 Capers.

Pet Care Development
In 2002 after developing a very successful business in the West London area, K9 Capers decided to open other K9 Capers Walking, Boarding, Training, and Retail pet supply businesses and so elected to Franchise their business. (is there one near you?)

It was of paramount importance that only the very best were offered a K9 Capers Franchise and just like the early business philosophy, these people should not be held back by the cost of setting up a new venture in their own town - as it was the quality of the person that counted - and so they decided to subsidise the cost of each Franchise they opened.

All outlets are operated from a K9 Capers home and all dogs are cared for in that home environment by people who genuinely want to be with dogs.

Retail
As with the Groups Pet Care Services, our opinion of pet retail is that only the best is good enough for our customers. With what is probably the largest range of products available in one place, totaling over 15,000 lines, buyers at K9 Capers work hard to bring you the products you want at the best possible prices. As always, delivery will remain free, a policy we were adament about even during the fuel price increases of 2008, and the quality of service must always be second to none.

Like anyone, we do get it wrong from time to time but as with everything we do, we will go out of our way to ensure problems get rectified, to your satesfaction, as quickly as possible. And that's a promise.
