UK Delivery
K9 Capers will deliver to any home or business address anywhere on the UK Mainland, as well as the UK's Highlands and Islands. You do not have to be at home to accept delivery and if you spend £29.99 or more, there is no delivery charge. (Excludes certain remote postcodes for which delivery will still be free if spending £49.99 or more)


Delivery Outside The UK
K9 Capers are happy to despatch products to any country. These orders will incur further shipping charges which can be verified with you prior to despatch if required. All orders placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom will show a £6.00 delivery charge. This will cover most eventualities however, should your total order exceed 1kg an additional shipping charge will be made and charged, as shown at the bottom of this page, to your card. Should you want confirmation of this charge prior to us processing your order, please indicate this in the additional information section at the checkout.

BFPO Delivery
Delivery can also be made to all BFPO addresses. These deliveries will be charged at a flat fee of £1 and the BFPO option should be selected for the delivery address.

When will my goods be shipped?
99.7% of all orders are despatched the same or, at worst the next business day, however in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will always be delivered o you within 3 working days but in all cases, you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing you order. You may also check the status of your order at any time at www.k9capers.com/shop/orderstatus.asp or if you have registered your account www.k9capers.com/myorders or view the summary despatch table below.

How much does shipping cost? Is It Really FREE?
Shipping is calculated on the delivery post code and the amount being spent on your order.

Orders sent by courier are FREE in most areas of the UK if the value of your order is over £29.99. In the Scottish Highlands and Islands delivery is still free although you must spend £49.99 in order to qualify. If in doubt, simply adding goods to your basket and selecting the county the goods will be delivered to will will confirm these charges before you proceed.

Orders less than £30 may attract a charge based on the weight of your order. Once again, his can be verified in the same way as above. The absolute delivery charge, if any, will also be shown at the checkout prior to you entering your card details.

What happens if I am out?
On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day, our couriers or your local K9 Capers, will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. K9 Capers cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.

Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please inform us of this when placing your order.

As a guide, when placing your order, the following delivery schedules show the worst case scenario for despatching your order.

Orders placed before 1pm on Monday will normally be despatched on Tuesday
Orders placed before 1pm on Tuesday will normally be despatched on Wednesday
Orders placed before 1pm on Wednesday will normally be despatched on Thursday
Orders placed before 1pm on Thursday will normally be despatched on Friday
Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will normally be despatched on Monday
Orders placed before 11pm on Saturday will normally be despatched on Tuesday
Orders placed before 11pm on Sunday will normally be despatched on Tuesday

Delivery Schedule
At the checkout, you have a choice of delivery schedules to suit your requirements. 48 hours from despatch, (standard option) 24 hours from despatch, Before 9am, Before Noon, PM or Saturday Delivery. It is of course important to remember that when selecting and upgrade option that orders required by 9am, 12 Noon, or on a PM service on one day, must be placed by1pm for that scheduled delivery 2 days hence. This example is however a "worse case scenario" as most upgrade requests, if ordered by 1pm, will arrive on the scheduled service the following day.
