Christmas and New Year Deliveries
Owing to the festive season, we shall not be dispatching anymore orders until Tuesday 3rd January 2012
We would like to wish all our customers a very happy Christmas and thank you for your custom throughout this year.

UK Delivery
K9 Capers will deliver to any home or business address anywhere on the UK Mainland, as well as the UK's Highlands and Islands. You do not have to be at home to accept delivery and if you spend £29 or more, there is no delivery charge. (Excludes certain remote postcodes such as Scottish Highlands for which delivery will still be free if spending £59.99 or more)

Euopean Countries
Free delivery can still be offered to a large number of European Countries where the total order value exceeds £69.99. Orders under this value will be charged according to the scales shown at the botton of this page.

International Delivery
K9 Capers now deliver to all major Countries world wide. In most cases, delivery is made for a small surcharge of just £6 although orders weighing over 1kg will be further charged according to the scale shown at the bottom of this page. Whilst in most cases this additional charge will be shown at the checkout, where this does not occur, a further charge will be added to your order without notice.

BFPO Delivery
Delivery can also be made to all BFPO addresses. These deliveries will be charged as shown at the checkout and the BFPO option should be selected for the delivery County.

When will my goods be shipped?
99.7% of all orders are despatched the same or, at worst the next business day when you place your order before 1pm. However in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will always be delivered to you within 3 working days but in all cases, you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing you order. How much does shipping cost? Is It Really FREE?
Shipping is calculated on the delivery post code and the amount being spent on your order.

Orders sent by courier are FREE in most areas of the UK if the value of your order is over £29. In the Scottish Highlands and Islands delivery is still free although you must spend £59.99 in order to qualify. You will also get FREE delivery options if you live in Ireland or many other European Countries. If in doubt, simply adding goods to your basket and selecting the County or Country the goods will be delivered to will confirm these charges before you proceed.

Orders less than £29 will attract a delivery charge which is clearly displayed before you checkout.

What happens if I am out?
When placing your order if you beleive you may be out when delivery is made, you should note where we should leave your order in the special instructions box at the checkout. On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day and have not left any special delivery instructions, our couriers or your local K9 Capers, will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. K9 Capers cannot accept responsibility for the package once left. Orders valued at over £150 and Pet Meds must be signed for if no special instructions have been received.

Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please inform us of this when placing your order.

Delivery Schedule
At the checkout, you have a choice of delivery schedules to suit your requirements. 48 hours from despatch, (standard option) 24 hours from despatch, Before 9am, Before Noon, PM or Saturday Delivery. It is of course important to remember that when selecting and upgrade option that orders required by 9am, 12 Noon, PM or on a Saturday service on one day, must be placed by1pm for that scheduled delivery 2 days hence. This example is however a "worse case scenario" as most upgrade requests, if ordered by 1pm, will arrive on the scheduled service within 2 days.
