K9 Capers always attempt to give the very best level of service possible and as such, the terms and conditions set out below are there to protect you as much as us.

POLICIES

Ordering Online - Special Orders
As we are sure you will appreciate, to be able to offer you, our valued customers, the largest selection of pet products in the World, now totalling some 17,000 products, some of these lines have to be ordered specially.

These can take up to 15 working days to be delivered although are often a lot quicker. – All items that need to be specially ordered are marked on the site or listed as DIRECT DELIVERY.

We regret to have to inform you that items ordered from the Special Order list, cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty on arrival.

Ordering Online - Out Of Stocks
In the unlikely event of us being out of stock of the main stream products, K9 Capers reserve the right to supply a smaller size food or treat and charge the appropriate difference in cost if any. This cost will not exceed your original item value. If a delay in delivery is likely to be more than 4 working days, you shall be contacted by a member of our sales order team to advise you of the problem.

With non specialist items, a replacement product may be selected for you which shall be charged at no more than the original item ordered.

All out of stock products can be checked at www.k9capers.com/shop/orderstatus.asp or www.k9capers.com/myorders normally within 24 hours of placing your order and if listed as "0" and regarded as non-essential shall be removed from your order and the cost refunded to your card.

Faulty Products Returns
All products purchased from K9 Capers are covered by the manufacturers guarantee of quality. If you have purchased a product from us, and find it to be faulty within the specified guarantee period or substandard in any way, please telephone 0871 271 8991 or click here to notify us by email.

The product will either be exchanged, repaired or if preferred and purchased within 28 days, your money will be refunded in full. (NB: Your order number and receipt must be retained in order for any exchange or refund to take place)

Return / Refund Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee - Buy any product from us, and should you not be completely satisfied, it can be returned to us, as long as it is complete and in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange (less actual postage and credit card processing costs) within 7 days.

The item must also be returned at your cost unless your goods were delivered by one of our own K9 Capers Franchisees. We are of course more than happy to arrange collection of these items and will only charge you at cost for this service. To notify us of your dissatisfaction, please click here to send us a note.

Should replacement goods be required, a further postage charge will be made to cover the costs of re-sending the new item.

Complaints

Delivery Information
On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day, our couriers or your local K9 Capers, will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. K9 Capers cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.

Terms Of Use & Service

Delivery
We will always attempt to despatch your order the same day for next day delivery if received before 12 noon. However delivery and despatch times can vary and so please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. More information can be found about our delivery schedules at www.k9capers.com/shop/delivery.asp

Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please let us know when placing your order.

Payment
Payment for goods or services will be accepted by AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, and Delta cards. NB: JCB and Electron cards can only be taken in our stores.

If you would prefer to pay by credit or debit card over the telephone, please telephone 0871 277 0353 or 0871 271 8991 with your order details. Our offices take sales calls Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.

We will also accept cheques by post which must be received prior to the goods being despatched. All cheques should be made payable to K9 Capers.com Ltd and posted to Rutherford Way, Crawley. RH10 9LD with a copy of your order.

Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which The K9 Capers Group cannot accept any liability.

If however, this effects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section above.

Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer however we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.

The prices of our goods are checked for accuracy however K9 Capers do reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale should a pricing error have been made.

Transfer of Title
